Our staff will document the existing conditions by taking measurements, photos and 3D interior scans, and turn this information into as-built floor plans and elevations in .dwg format for our client to use as a starting point for their proposed design.

ius studio offers architectural photography and drone footage packages to showcase your completed projects. Choose to receive photos or videos separately, or combined and edited into a unique video to be presented to your client or used on your website.
Video Compilation Package
Let ius studio make a video of interior and exterior shots for your client to share with friends and family. It’s a lovely keepsake and a creative way to display your work. This video was a “moving back in” gift for a client who just renovated their home.
